Kaitzev Wei is licensed by the U.S. Department of Treasury to represent taxpayer before the Internal Revenue Service.  He was Controller, Accounting Director, and/or Fiscal Director for various corporations and had taught Accounting at the college level for six years.  As the President of Financial & Taxation Services, Inc., he has developed expertise in closely held companies, especially in the areas of business counseling, retirement/benefits management, computerized accounting systems, etc.   His firm does individual, partnership, corporate, LLC and trust returns and has bookkeeping and pay-roll services.
